About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Cath Lab Nurse to join our team at St. Joseph Hospital Eureka. As a Cath Lab Nurse, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care in the cath lab, including administering medications, performing procedures, and monitoring patients' vital signs.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless patient care and efficient workflow.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and optimize departmental performance.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure exceptional patient experience.
Requirements
  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
  • California Registered Nurse License upon hire.
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
  • National Provider ACLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
  • National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale Certificate - NIH Stroke Scale Training Course within 90 days of hire.
  • 1 year Nursing experience.
