Key Responsibilities

  • Assist clients with service inquiries, repairs, and necessary explanations for each service performed
  • Identify customer needs and align them with appropriate service solutions
  • Communicate service progress and updates to customers throughout the repair process
  • Stay informed about new products, features, and attend training sessions as needed
  • Implement a customer follow-up system to encourage repeat business and enhance customer satisfaction
  • Recruit and manage service department staff, ensuring high performance in customer service
  • Establish departmental goals, including an annual budget and marketing strategies to attract new clientele
  • Maintain a high Customer Service Index (CSI) rating by promptly addressing customer concerns

Qualifications Required

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a service management role
  • Strong emphasis on delivering exceptional customer service
  • High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Proactive attitude, with a desire to improve and collaborate with internal teams
