Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Parking Ambassador to join our team at Reimagined Parking. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth parking experience for our guests. Key Responsibilities
  • Provide friendly and courteous greetings to arriving and departing guests
  • Act as a traffic controller to direct incoming guests to available parking spaces
  • Perform vehicle counts to ensure the garage does not overfill available spaces
  • Issue violation warnings to tenants and visitors who violate garage policies
  • Assist guests who have forgotten where they parked and provide assistance with entry/exit transactions
  • Maintain and repair parking equipment and perform general maintenance tasks as directed
  • Use respectful communication to assist guests with their questions, problems, and concerns
  • Immediately report any accidents, incidents, or safety concerns to Operations Manager or Shift Lead
  • Communicate professionally with guests, clients, and teammates
  • Perform other duties as assigned by Operations Manager or Shift Lead
Requirements
  • At least 18 years of age
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to verbally communicate with guests
  • Previous customer service experience preferred
