Role Overview

Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • A current Washington State Medical License in good standing.
  • Board certification or eligibility.
  • DEA, NPI, and prescriptive authority.

Estimated Salary Range
$120.14 - $168.44 per hour.
