Facility Overview:

Kettering Health Main Campus serves as the cornerstone of our healthcare system, having provided services to the Kettering and Greater Dayton communities since its inception. This facility boasts specialized departments, including a renowned heart hospital and a comprehensive maternity unit equipped with a level III neonatal intensive care unit (NICU).

  • Recognized for excellence in patient safety and care.
  • Accredited as a Baby-Friendly Hospital.
  • Awarded for outstanding cardiovascular services.
  • Accredited as a Level 3 Geriatric Emergency Department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently manage and respond to telephone, pager, and other communication channels.
  • Adhere to established policies and procedures across multiple facilities.
  • Maintain effective communication with management, colleagues, and healthcare professionals, ensuring exemplary customer service.
  • Initiate and execute emergency protocols to safeguard patients and staff.
  • Availability for varied shifts, including weekends, is essential.
  • Additional duties may be assigned as necessary.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • A minimum of three years of experience in customer service, telecommunications, or healthcare settings is necessary.

Preferred Skills:

  • Exceptional communication abilities.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and adherence to instructions.
  • Proficient in computer operations and adept at utilizing various software applications.
  • Capable of multitasking and thriving in a dynamic environment.
