Job OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Primary Care Physician to join our team in this exciting role. As a PCP at ChenMed, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care, working closely with our multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care, and contributing to the development of our clinical programs.
Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care to a panel of up to 450 patients
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that address the unique needs and goals of each patient
- Collaborate with our interdisciplinary teams, including nurses, therapists, and social workers, to ensure comprehensive care coordination
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of new clinical programs
- Stay up-to-date with the latest medical research and best practices in primary care medicine
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- A Medical Degree (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) from an accredited institution
- Board certification in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Geriatrics, or a related specialty
- A current DEA number for schedule II-V controlled substances
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross (ARC)
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing circumstances
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
We offer a competitive salary range of $250,000 - $300,000 per year, depending on experience, plus comprehensive benefits, including:
