Position: Full-time Physiatrist/Medical Director

Qualifications:

• Medical degree from an accredited institution
• Board Certified/Board Eligible (BC/BE) in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (PM&R)
• Valid medical license in Indiana (or eligibility to obtain)
• Commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-focused care
• Strong clinical, analytical, diagnostic, and leadership capabilities
• Experience managing a diverse range of physical disabilities and chronic conditions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
