We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Avera@Home Sioux Falls. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will provide high-quality nursing care and coordination to patients in their homes.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver patient-centered care, including lab draws, nebulizer treatments, and other necessary interventions.
- Coordinate care with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless transitions and optimal patient outcomes.
- Collaborate with patients and their families to develop personalized care plans that meet their unique needs and goals.
- Graduate from a CCNE or NLN accredited nursing program is strongly preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred.
- Minimum 2 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
- License as a Registered Nurse (RN) in South Dakota and/or meeting the requirements of Multi-state licensure is required.
- Competitive hourly rate of $44.25 per hour.
- Varied shifts, including every third weekend and occasional call.
