Position Details:

Join a well-established and reputable independent practice seeking to expand its team with a General Gynecologist who has a passion for GYN surgery and/or Urogynecology. Candidates with robotic surgery experience are highly regarded. This role is situated in a thriving community with a diverse population, including families and retirees, ensuring a steady patient base. Call responsibilities are minimal and shared with another GYN surgeon. Key Qualifications:

• Board Certification is required
• Possession of an active Florida Medical License (or eligibility to obtain one)
• Experience in Robotic Procedures, including Hysterectomy, Sacrocolpopexy, and Laparoscopy
• Familiarity with Vaginal and Pelvic Floor Prolapse, as well as Vaginal Rejuvenation
• Comfortable performing 1 major and 2 minor surgeries weekly
• No prenatal care or obstetrics involved
• Strong collaborative relationships with local medical institutions
• Proficient in office-based minimally invasive techniques
• Experience with Cystoscopy and Urodynamics
• Training in Laparoscopy is advantageous
• Access to Da Vinci surgical system
• Inpatient and outpatient consultations expected
• Familiarity with eClinicalWorks EMR/practice management system

Compensation and Benefits:

• Negotiable RVU production incentive starting in the second year
