**Job Summary**
We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our team in the Psych Day Program at Carroll Hospital. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering high-quality care to patients with mental health needs.
**Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement individualized plans of care for patients, utilizing established clinical pathways and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams.
- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, conducting assessments, and implementing interventions as needed.
- Delegate tasks and supervise delivery of care by support staff, ensuring effective communication and seamless handovers.
- Evaluate patient response to treatment and revise care plans accordingly.
**Requirements**
- Associate's Degree in Nursing from an accredited program.
- Prior experience in behavioral health, preferably within the past two years.
- Current PNC - Psychiatric Nurse Certification and CPR - AHA Healthcare Provider certification.
- Registration as a Registered Nurse (RN).
