- Ensures compliance with regulations regarding the secure handling of Protected Health Information (PHI) for patients, including annual training and adherence to the organization's Code of Conduct.
- Completion of an accredited nursing program (Diploma in Nursing) or
- Associate's Degree in Nursing (Required)
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (Preferred)
- Master's Degree in Nursing (Preferred)
- Comprehensive understanding of nursing processes and practices (Required proficiency).
- Ability to utilize various technical equipment to meet patient needs and deliver prescribed clinical therapies (e.g., stethoscopes, thermometers, sphygmomanometers, and electronic monitoring devices) (Required proficiency).
- Registered Nurse (RN) license in Ohio and/or Multi-State Compact License (Required)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (Required)
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification may be required based on clinical area standards.
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification may be required based on clinical area standards.
- Frequent standing and walking.
- Occasional sitting.
- Regular lifting and carrying of up to 50 lbs.
- Frequent pushing and pulling of up to 50 lbs.
- Occasional climbing and balancing.
- Frequent stooping, kneeling, crouching, and reaching.
- Constant talking, hearing, and performing repetitive motions.
- Consistent eye/hand/foot coordination.
- Minimal travel (approximately 10%).
