About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at Fiserv. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for performing complex technical maintenance duties, including preventative maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting of our world-class Print Production equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform disassembly, repair, or replacement of parts and/or production equipment
  • Conduct fitting and alignment of mechanical components for proper functioning
  • Utilize troubleshooting techniques to provide temporary and long-term fixes to minimize downtime
  • Diagnose and correct maintenance issues on Statement and Invoices Equipment, Mail Inserters, Cut Sheet Printers, and Laser Printers
  • Analyze and interpret schematic diagrams for electronic troubleshooting
Requirements
  • A high school diploma or GED required
  • 3+ years of progressive maintenance repair and electronic/mechanical troubleshooting
  • Willing to go back to school to earn degree or certification
  • Mechanical aptitude
  • Experience using a computer for data entry
  • Experience with using hand tools like drill, screwdriver, and soldering equipment
Preferred Qualifications
  • Associate degree in Electronic Technology, Industrial Maintenance, or Mechatronics or equivalent Military training and background
  • 5-10 years of production maintenance with electronic repair experience
  • Experience with IP5000, HP Roll-to-Roll printer, Ricoh Cut Sheet Printers
  • Experience with BlueCrest, APS, MPS, and EPIC inserting equipment
  • Experience with APEX or Criterion sorters
