$140,000 - $170,000 per year (based on location and experience)

The District Support Pharmacist will play a critical role in supporting the management, oversight, and operation of all aspects of the pharmacy. This includes patient safety, regulatory requirements, quality assurance, customer service, personnel management, inventory management, financial profitability, loss prevention, and workflow management.

The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate, inspire, and develop Pharmacy Support Staff. They will also be able to identify critical business opportunities and contribute to the development of meaningful solutions to drive growth and improve performance.

To be successful as a District Support Pharmacist at CVS Health, you will need:

• An active Pharmacy License in the state in which you are employed.
• Immunization Certification through an accredited organization.
• A clean record and be free of pending felony charges or convictions for criminal offenses involving controlled substances.
