We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Asset Securitization Origination Executive to join our team at Truist Inc. As a key member of our Asset Securitization Origination team, you will be responsible for originating, structuring, underwriting, and distributing asset securitization transactions and asset-backed securities.
Key Responsibilities- Develop subject matter expertise and translate knowledge into value-added ideas.
- Lead execution in support of senior originators.
- Collaborate with internal partners, including risk, to achieve optimal execution.
- Mentor and develop junior teammates.
- Demonstrate the Truist values.
- Adhere to risk/compliance policies and guidelines.
- BA/BS degree.
- Licenses: Series 7, 79, and 63.
- Years of related work experience.
- Strong technical skills, including financial analysis, modeling, presentation, and developing subject matter expertise.
- Strong interpersonal skills which foster teamwork, trust, and accountability.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate across functional areas to facilitate execution.
- MBA degree, with a Finance focus.
- 5+ years capital markets ABS experience, preferably at an investment bank.
As a Truist Inc. teammate, you will be eligible for a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, accidental death and dismemberment, tax-preferred savings accounts, and a 401(k) plan. You will also receive no less than 10 days of vacation and 10 sick days during your first year of employment, along with paid holidays.
