You will be responsible for managing women's services activities, workflow, and nursing resources, ensuring that our patients receive the best possible care.
Responsibilities- Collect and analyze health data to develop individualized plans of care, promoting woman-, newborn-, and family-centered care.
- Coordinate care delivery to promote safe and holistic care, employing health teaching strategies to promote health and well-being.
- Evaluate progress toward expected outcomes, making decisions and taking actions on behalf of women, fetuses, and newborns in an ethical manner.
- Communicate and collaborate with women, families, healthcare providers, and the community to provide safe and effective care.
- Serve as a role model, change agent, consultant, and mentor to women, families, healthcare consumers, and other healthcare professionals.
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing or education equivalency for licensing.
- No experience required.
- Constant use of speech to share information through oral communication.
- Constant standing and walking.
- Frequent lifting/carrying and pushing/pulling objects weighing 0-25 lbs.
- Frequent sitting, reaching, and keyboard use/data entry.
- Basic Life Support Healthcare Provider (BLS HCP) - American Heart Association (AHA).
