Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and Evaluate Treatment Plans: Assist in creating and reviewing treatment plans to ensure effective care and support for our clients.
  • Program Implementation and Staff Training: Monitor the implementation of treatment plans and provide guidance and training to staff to ensure high-quality care.
  • Documentation and Data Collection: Ensure accurate and timely documentation of client progress and data collection to inform treatment decisions.
  • Interdisciplinary Team Processes: Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to the development of treatment plans and strategies.
  • Staff Supervision and Training: Supervise and train Rehab Therapy Tech II/III staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide high-quality care.
Qualifications:
  • Therapeutic Techniques: Proficiency in relevant therapeutic techniques, including music therapy, occupational therapy, and psychology.
  • Communication and Training Skills: Effective communication and training skills to work with clients, staff, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Treatment and Support Planning: Ability to develop and implement treatment and support plans that meet the unique needs of each client.
  • Data Collection and Analysis: Experience in collecting and analyzing data to inform treatment decisions and improve client outcomes.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Familiarity with ICF-IID regulations and state center policies to ensure compliance and high-quality care.
  • Physical Fitness: Physical fitness for direct contact positions, including the ability to lift, bend, and move clients as needed.
  • Education and Experience: College coursework in behavioral sciences or related fields (preferred) and experience working in a healthcare setting.
  • Interpersonal and Teamwork Skills: Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills to work effectively with clients, staff, and other healthcare professionals.
