About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Investment Banking Associate to join our team at Plante Moran. As a key member of our corporate finance team, you will be responsible for providing analytical and data-driven support for mergers and acquisitions transactions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain financial models and valuations for M&A transactions
  • Conduct industry and company research to support buyer's lists, industry overviews, and general knowledge
  • Assist in the development of selling documents, including financial summaries and company profiles

Requirements
