Key Responsibilities

  • Process payments and update customer records accordingly.
Requirements
  • Prior customer service experience, with a strong focus on building rapport and resolving issues.
  • Basic computer skills, with proficiency in CRM and QuickBooks.
  • Strong attention to detail, with ability to learn and adapt quickly.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
