We are seeking a highly skilled Communications Specialist to join our team at Mountaire Farms. As a key member of our communications team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing content strategies to engage our internal and external audiences.
Main Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Director of Communications to manage and oversee our internal communications platform, Firstup, to ensure effective communication across the organization.
- Design and create engaging graphic communication tools, such as flyers, posters, and banners, to promote our company's initiatives and values.
- Produce high-quality video content for internal and external audiences, showcasing our company's story and achievements.
- Oversee the layout and design of our quarterly newsletter, TQS, and coordinate with contributors to ensure timely publication.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, English, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the agriculture or food industry.
- Advanced communication skills, including social media, photography, videography, and graphic design.
