Bank Teller

Job Summary

As a Bank Teller at Park National, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients. Your primary duties will include serving customers, processing transactions, and promoting the bank's products and services.

Serve customers and prospective customers in a professional and courteous manner
Process transactions accurately and efficiently
Promote the bank's products and services to meet customer needs
Maintain awareness of and adherence to bank policies and procedures
Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required
0-2 years of cash handling, sales, or customer service experience preferred
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Working Conditions

This position requires the ability to remain in a stationary standing position for a minimum of 75% of the time and to be in constant verbal communication with customers and coworkers. The physical demands of this position include bending and lifting up to 25 pounds on a daily basis and having dexterity in hands to fine count currency.

Schedule

This position is hourly and full-time, requiring a minimum of 37.5 hours per week. The operating hours are Monday through Friday 7:00am-6:00pm, Saturday 8:00am-3:00pm, and Sunday 11:00am-3:00pm.
