Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Manufactured Home Loan Processor to join our team at Eagle Community Credit Union. As a key member of our loan processing team, you will be responsible for accurately documenting and closing manufactured home loans, providing exceptional service to our members, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Verify income, order reports, generate loan documents, and obtain pertinent documentation for loan files.
  • Provide prompt, courteous, and efficient service to dealers, real estate agents, mortgage brokers, escrow companies, and existing and prospective members.
  • Maintain neat, thorough, legible, and accurate loan documentation and notes.
  • Order, comprehend, and approve for accuracy various documents, including appraisals, flood certificates, insurance, park approval, title searches, and escrow instructions.
  • Audit and verify approved loan documentation through credit bureaus, employment verification, and park approval on all loans.
  • Communicate with all parties to acquire necessary documentation for timely completion of the funding process via phone, fax, email, or written communication.
  • Be proficient with all ECCU's loan and deposit-related products and services and demonstrate a willingness and ability to cross-sell additional services.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
  • Minimum 1 to 3 years of financial institution experience as a loan processor or similar position.
  • Experience with the use of an automated loan system is preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Knowledge of Symitar and ECCU's Loan Origination Systems (arcOS) is preferred.
  • Ability to read and interpret policy manuals, regulations, and correspondence.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Bilingual abilities in Spanish or Vietnamese are a plus.
Work Environment

This position requires primarily indoor office work with quiet to a moderate noise level. Occasional work outside the office may be required. No overnight travel is necessary. Occasional weekend schedules may be required.
