We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and organized Accounting Processing Clerk I to join our team at Mountaire Corporation. As an Accounting Processing Clerk I, you will be responsible for compiling, recording, and reporting numerical data to ensure the accuracy and completeness of our production and yield records.
Key Responsibilities- Compile, record, and report numerical data to maintain accurate and up-to-date production and yield records.
- Perform routine calculating, reconciling, and verifying duties to obtain primary data for use in maintaining accounting records.
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of large volumes of data.
- Check the accuracy of figures, calculations, and reports pertaining to business transactions recorded by other workers.
- Compile, compute, and report yield and statistical information, and publish daily operator reports.
- Maintain trend and historical data files.
- Prepare various weekly and monthly reports related to processing information.
- High School Diploma/GED (Bachelor's Degree will pay $1 more per hour).
- 0 - 2 years' related work experience.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to complete tasks thoroughly, timely, accurately, and efficiently.
- Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
- Extensive use of Excel and some familiarity with other software.
