Pulmonary and Critical Care Specialist Opportunity

Trinity Health Partners Medical Associates, P.C. is seeking a skilled Pulmonary and Critical Care Physician to join our team of experienced healthcare professionals.
Job OverviewThis full-time position involves providing exceptional patient care in an outpatient office setting, as well as inpatient coverage at St. Peters Hospital or Samaritan Hospital, including weekend call rotations.
The Pulmonary and Critical Care Services team prioritizes delivering a high-quality patient experience while offering the latest treatment options and services, including a comprehensive pulmonary function laboratory and endobronchial ultrasound.
Responsibilities and Requirements- Provide comprehensive medical care in an outpatient office setting.
- Participate in inpatient coverage at one of our acute care hospitals, including weekend call rotations.
- No overnight shifts are required, with 24/7 critical care coverage provided by the team.
This role offers a competitive compensation package, which includes:
- A starting bonus and salary with incentives.
- A total compensation range between $400,000 and $425,000 per year.
- Additional forms of cash compensation, such as productivity bonuses, incentives related to quality and performance, and extra shift incentives.
- An excellent benefits package, including health, vision, and dental insurances.
- Paid malpractice insurance and post-SPHP employment tail coverage.
- A CME time and expense allowance, as well as paid time away from the practice.
