Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team in Clinton, TN. As a Home Health LPN, you will provide high-quality care to patients with various conditions, working under the supervision of an RN. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing home-based care, taking vital signs, and documenting progress
  • Assisting RNs in implementing patient plans and teaching self-care techniques
  • Educating family members on patient care, medication, and home safety

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • A graduate degree from an accredited practical nursing program
  • An active LPN license in TN
  • CPR certification
  • Knowledge of state and federal home health regulations

Estimated Salary: $50,000 - $70,000 per year
