Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Operations Trainee to join our team at On Target Staffing. As an Operations Trainee, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced warehouse environment and develop skills in operations, logistics, and supply chain management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work alongside the operations team to learn the ins and outs of warehouse operations
  • Complete tasks and projects to demonstrate training progress and support business growth
  • Become familiar with our products, businesses, and team to identify root causes of issues and improvement opportunities
  • Develop leadership and communication skills to apply to performance management and cross-functional collaboration

Requirements:

  • High School or some college
  • Dedicated and reliable
  • Self-starting, scrappy, and resourceful with minimal guidance
  • Able to think on your feet and ask questions
  • Adaptable to an ever-changing and fast-paced environment
  • Results-driven with a willingness to look at problems from different angles
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

Additional Requirements:

  • Able to work in various environments with exposure to low temperatures
  • Able to lift up to 40 lbs.
  • Able to regularly bend, twist, stand, or walk for extended periods
  • Bilingual is preferred (Chinese/Spanish)

Compensation:

The hourly range for this contract to hire position is $18 - $21.00. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
