Retail Keyholder

At GameStop, we're looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Keyholder to join our team. As a key member of our sales floor team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, driving sales, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

• Provide best-in-class customer service by greeting guests, responding to their questions and concerns, and assisting them in finding the perfect video game or gaming accessory.
• Support the sales team in meeting and exceeding sales goals by promoting GameStop's products and services, and maintaining a thorough knowledge of our inventory.
• Ensure a positive and engaging shopping experience by maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and adhering to GameStop's visual and operational standards.
• Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using our Point-of-Sale (POS) system.
• Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year of retail sales experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Basic math skills and ability to operate a cash register.
