About the RoleWe are looking for a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse to provide exceptional patient care in our Telehealth program. As a Telehealth Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for remotely monitoring and collaborating with patients and healthcare teams to ensure the highest level of care.
Key Responsibilities- Remotely monitor patients and provide real-time feedback to healthcare teams
- Collaborate with patients and healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Provide education and support to patients and families on disease management and self-care
- Participate in multidisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes and quality of care
- Stay up-to-date with the latest medical research and best practices in telehealth and critical care
- Associate degree in Nursing required, Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred
- Minimum 3 years of experience in critical care or telehealth
- Current RN licensure from the State of Practice and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
