About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Meat Cutter to join our team at Sam's Club. As a Senior Meat Cutter, you will be responsible for driving sales in your area and delivering exceptional customer service to our members.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Be a Team Member: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and provide excellent customer service.
  • Be an Expert: Maintain in-depth knowledge of meat products, equipment usage, and backroom operations to ensure compliance with food safety standards and inventory management.
  • Be a Techie: Leverage digital tools to drive sales, improve the shopping experience, and elevate associate engagement.
  • Be an Owner: Drive business results, ensuring operational excellence and commitment to profitability.
  • Be a Talent Ambassador: Advocate for the department and club by valuing member experiences and modeling high-quality service and products.
Requirements:
  • 6 months' experience working in a fresh production department.
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
Benefits:
  • Competitive hourly wage range: $19.00 - $26.00
  • Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour.
