Oki Golf is a renowned collection of premier golf properties in the Puget Sound area, dedicated to providing exceptional guest experiences and outstanding hospitality. We are currently seeking a dedicated Bartender to join our team.

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Bartender plays a crucial role in delivering high-quality beverage service to guests at the bar, restaurant, and patio. This position involves preparing a variety of drinks while ensuring that patrons receive exceptional service.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Welcome guests with enthusiasm and a friendly demeanor.
  • Serve a range of beverages including beer, wine, and cocktails to all customers.
  • Conduct regular inventory checks and maintain adequate stock levels of liquors and supplies.
  • Keep the work area clean, organized, and presentable.
  • Exhibit professionalism in personal appearance and hygiene.
  • Prepare beverages and set up the bar area efficiently.
  • Communicate effectively with guests and team members.
  • Process guest orders accurately and handle payments appropriately.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to complete tasks efficiently.
  • Capability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
  • Responsive to customer needs with a professional approach.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment focused on continuous improvement.
  • High School diploma or GED along with relevant experience.
  • Must be at least 21 years old.
  • Possession of a Food Handlers Card and a Class 12 liquor permit is required.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

This position involves physical activity including lifting, reaching, and coordinating hand movements. The ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally is necessary. The role may also require working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
