Job Title: Emergency Department RN

Supplemental Health Care is seeking a skilled Emergency Department Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in Biddeford, Maine.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate RN to provide high-quality patient care in our Emergency Department. As a travel nurse, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care in the Emergency Department, including assessing, diagnosing, and treating patients with a range of medical conditions.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and develop effective treatment plans.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians and other healthcare professionals.
  • Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the healthcare team.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
Requirements:
  • Current Maine Nursing License
  • American Heart Association BLS
  • ACLS
  • 1 – 2 years of recent relevant nursing experience
  • PALS, TNCC, NIHSS, CPI preferred
