The Tulalip Tribes is seeking a dedicated professional to oversee the Children's Advocacy Center and Legacy of Healing Programs. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing programs and services for child victims of crime, adult victims of intimate partner domestic violence, sexual assault, sex trafficking, and stalking.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement department goals and objectives
  • Coordinate and monitor client needs, services, and outcomes
  • Ensure a safe and secure environment for clients and staff
  • Uphold the integrity of the programs for the benefit of our victims/survivors

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Services, social services, or related field
  • Four years of experience working with children, families, social workers, law enforcement, and survivors of domestic violence
  • Three years of experience in a supervisor or management capacity, including employee supervision and budgetary responsibility
  • One year of experience preparing grant proposals, managing grant funding, and reporting for compliance with funders

Preferred Qualifications:

  • WA State Driver License
  • CPR & First Aid Certificate
  • Training certificates related to dealing/working with survivors of domestic violence and children who are victims of crime
  • DEI Training

Terms of Employment: This is a regular Full-Time position.
