- Provide extensive legal assistance in construction litigation and civil litigation, focusing on construction defect matters.
- Conduct thorough legal research to support case preparation and strategic planning.

Qualifications:
- Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school.

- Demonstrated ability to conduct thorough and accurate legal research.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills to maintain positive relationships with clients and team members.
- High level of professionalism and ethical standards.
- Ability to perform under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in legal research software and other relevant applications.
