- Food Safety and Sanitation: Ensure proper food safety and sanitation practices are followed, maintaining a clean and safe environment for customers and staff.

- Foodservice Management Experience: Foodservice management experience is not necessary, but preferred.

- Organizational and Time Management Skills: Organized and attentive to detail, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
