This role is designed for individuals interested in gaining valuable experience in the healthcare sector.
The Clinical Technician will play a vital role in maintaining the clinic's environment and ensuring its upkeep under the guidance of the Clinical Director. Additionally, this position collaborates with other team members to elevate the patient and client experience during therapy sessions, providing exemplary customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enhance the clinic's appearance by performing regular tasks such as cleaning treatment areas, sanitizing equipment, assisting with laundry, and managing supplies.
- Elevate patient and client satisfaction through exceptional customer service.
- Support patient interactions as directed by the supervising Physical Therapist.
- Assist front office personnel with tasks such as answering phones, welcoming patients, and scheduling appointments.
- Contribute to clinic maintenance by aiding the Physical Therapist with digital tools and electronic medical records as needed.
Required Experience:
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
- Preferred background in service-oriented roles.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively as part of a team and make sound decisions.
- Demonstrated initiative and dependability.
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent is mandatory.
- Some college coursework in a related healthcare field is preferred.
- Experience in a physical therapy setting is advantageous.
- CPR certification is preferred.
- Physical ability to move throughout the day, including standing, walking, bending, squatting, and lifting objects over 50 lbs frequently.
