Job Summary

HealthPRO Heritage is seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist to provide high-quality speech therapy services to patients in our assisted living facilities.

  • Assisted Living Facility
  • Outpatient and On-Campus Home Health settings
  • PRN/Part Time Hours (5-20/week)
  • Mon-Fri, daylight availability needed
  • Float options available to other sites.

As a Speech Language Pathologist at HealthPRO Heritage, you will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic team of healthcare professionals who share your passion for delivering exceptional patient care.

The primary purpose of this position is to provide and direct speech therapy services to patients, helping them reach their maximum performance potential within a medical model of practice.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized speech therapy plans for patients
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs
  • Provide speech therapy services to patients in various settings
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
  • Document patient progress and maintain accurate records
Requirements
  • Master's Degree in Speech and Language Therapy
  • Hold a current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) credential offered by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association
  • Assumes responsibility for ongoing continuing education and professional development
  • Must maintain valid state Speech Language Pathology licensure
