We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Salon Manager Assistant to join our team at Great Clips. As a Salon Manager Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the salon manager in achieving business goals and objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the salon manager in overseeing daily salon operations, including scheduling, customer service, and team management.
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive experience for all clients.
- Support the salon manager in achieving sales and revenue targets.
- Assist with training and development of salon team members.
- Monitor and maintain salon inventory, supplies, and equipment.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the salon manager.
Requirements:
- 1+ year of experience in a salon or retail environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
