Mass Retail Development Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Mass Retail Development Manager to join our team at Brooklyn Bottling of Milton NY.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy to drive category growth within designated categories.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure top-quality materials and comprehensive customer satisfaction.
- Conduct regular visits to all routes, rotating throughout the month, to ensure stores are serviced to industry standards.
- Analyze data to anticipate changes and improvements, and design and implement a key account growth plan to achieve assigned objectives.
- Maintain contact with operational staff to ensure optimal satisfaction of key account needs and ensure the quality of services provided.
- Complete university education.
- Post Graduate Education in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field preferred.
- Strong knowledge of business and managerial principles, including strategic planning, resource allocation, leadership techniques, and coordination of people and resources.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
