Job Description

The Hardscape and Softscape Specialist will be responsible for overseeing installation and maintenance projects, ensuring they are completed efficiently and with precision.

The estimated annual salary for this position is $70,000 - $100,000, based on experience.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Direct activities on the job site, including coordinating workflow, performing hands-on work, and operating machinery.
  • Manage personnel effectively and efficiently.
  • Communicate production goals and other items with crew members, lead gardeners, and customers.
Requirements:
  • Ability to work in all weather conditions.
  • California Driver's License and ability to tow a single or double axle trailer.
  • Knowledge of perennials, shrubs, evergreens, and trees, including identification and cultural requirements.
