We are on the lookout for an Aesthetic Nursing Specialist (RN) to join our team. While prior experience in aesthetic or regenerative medicine is advantageous, we provide an outstanding training program for those who demonstrate the right aptitude. Our commitment to nurturing RNs into proficient practitioners is well-established.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage in the sale, execution, education, and assistance of various medical aesthetic and regenerative procedures in a dynamic, collaborative setting, including but not limited to: weight management, microneedling, laser therapies, thread lifts, and hormone therapy.
- Ensure patient safety and comfort, facilitating a smooth and pleasant experience for all clients.
- Create individualized treatment strategies based on thorough patient assessments and effectively convert inquiries into committed clients.
- Provide transparent pricing details for services, effectively guiding clients through the decision-making process.
- Foster strong, enduring relationships with clients within the community.
- Maintain precise and comprehensive clinical records for each patient interaction.
Required Qualifications:
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Florida.
- Experience in outpatient medical settings preferred, such as general practice, aesthetics, dermatology, or plastic surgery.
- Formal education in laser technology, radio-frequency treatments, and injections is a valuable asset.
- Familiarity with hormone replacement therapy, joint injections, or platelet-rich plasma treatments is advantageous.
- A proactive, diligent attitude with a strong eagerness to learn and develop professionally.
- Ability to work autonomously while fostering a collaborative team environment.
- Flexibility and a readiness to adapt as the field evolves.
- Dedication to continuous learning and staying informed about the latest advancements in products, services, and industry practices.
