Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Handyman to join our team as a representative of Nandail Property Management. As a valued team member, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional services to our clients and customers in the field.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform electrical, plumbing, and HVAC repairs in commercial and residential buildings.
  • Ensure mechanical equipment is in working order and fixed as necessary.
  • Complete general building cleaning and maintenance tasks.
  • Install and replace floors, stairs, and piping as needed.
  • Repair and paint doors, windows, walls, ceilings, roofs, and other building components.
  • Maintain trash and recycling receptacles around the facility.
  • Maintain and repair air conditioning and heating systems as required.
  • MUST HAVE reliable transportation and tools.
  • Basic math skills are essential.
  • Good communication ability is required.
  • Well-organized and adept in problem-solving.
  • Attention to detail is crucial.
  • High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
  • Proven experience as a handyman is necessary.
  • Experience with hardware tools and equipment is required.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED certificate is preferred.
  • Able to lift at least 50 lbs.
  • Familiarity with basic hand and power tools.
  • Reliable transportation is essential.
  • Flexible schedule is required.
  • Mechanical aptitude is necessary.
