Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Radiology Department Director to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Radiology Department, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement departmental policies, procedures, and standards to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and hospital standards.
  • Supervise and direct a team of radiology staff, providing guidance, coaching, and performance evaluations to ensure optimal performance.
  • Manage departmental budgets, resources, and personnel to achieve operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategic plans, improve patient satisfaction, and enhance clinical outcomes.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, accreditation standards, and hospital policies.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in radiology management, with 3 years of supervisory experience.
  • Current Arizona Registered Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) and Certified Radiology Tech (CRT) certifications.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
