Job Title: Lead EyeCare Advisor

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a seamless patient experience
  • Perform pre-examination testing and provide coaching and guidance to patients on contact lens care and handling
  • Assist with the maintenance and disinfection of contact lens inventory
  • Work closely with the Optometrist to provide clinical support and ensure accurate diagnoses
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest fashion trends and product knowledge to provide expert recommendations to customers
Requirements:
  • High school graduate or equivalent
  • Customer service skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of current fashion trends and product knowledge
  • Leadership skills and ability to work independently
  • Problem-solving ability and attention to detail
