  • Bilingual Spanish-speaking communication skills are necessary for effective community engagement.
  • Commitment to RiseBoro Community Partnership's mission, vision, and values.
  • Understanding of institutional and structural racism and bias, and their impact on underserved communities.
  • Demonstrated commitment to supporting communities who have experienced systemic oppression and bias.

Education and Experience

A high school diploma is required, with an associate's degree preferred.
