Travel Nurse RN Labor and Delivery Opportunity

Jackson Nurse Professionals is seeking a skilled Travel Nurse RN Labor and Delivery professional to join our team for a 13-week contract assignment at a state-of-the-art area hospital in Glens Falls, New York.

Job Summary

We're offering a rewarding Labor and Delivery position for Registered Nurses with experience managing the care of mothers and their babies during the delivery process. As a Travel Nurse RN Labor and Delivery, you'll be part of a supportive and ambitious team at Jackson Nurse Professionals, where Traveling Nurses have been building rewarding careers since 2006.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the care of mothers and their babies during the delivery process
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to provide high-quality patient care
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans for patients
  • Monitor and report patient progress to the healthcare team
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on best practices and new technologies
Requirements
  • Current state license in good standing with State License Board
  • 12 months Labor and Delivery experience in an acute-care setting within the last 3 years
  • At minimum, current BLS required (certifications vary by location - job may require ACLS)
