Transfer Driver Job Description

Are you looking for a part-time opportunity that allows you to be on the road and work with a variety of equipment? U-Haul is seeking a Transfer Driver to join our team

Job Summary

The Transfer Driver will be responsible for transporting U-Haul equipment between U-Haul centers, dealerships, and the repair shop. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working independently and has a strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities
  • Transport U-Haul equipment between locations
  • Perform visual inspections of equipment
  • Maintain a driver log
  • Fill in receipt and intake paperwork electronically
Requirements
  • Valid driver's license
  • Able to use mobile transfer programs
  • D.O.T. certification (can be sponsored by U-Haul)

Work Environment
