Job Responsibilities:

Teaching Performance: 5% - Effectively deliver course content using appropriate instructional methods to enhance student learning.

Curriculum Development: 25% - Design, update, and maintain course materials and curriculum to align with educational objectives.

Instructional Management: 15% - Utilize office hours effectively, demonstrate strong classroom management skills, and submit reports in a timely manner.

Student Advisement: 15% - Assist students in their personal and professional growth when applicable.

Community Engagement: 5% - Participate in college initiatives and promote the institution through community service.

Professional Development: 5% - Engage in activities aimed at enhancing professional skills to maintain and improve job performance.


Minimum Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Nursing.
  • Current unencumbered Nursing License in South Carolina.
  • Two years of recent clinical experience in nursing care or education, including instruction and curriculum development.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in simulation and medical/surgical nursing with a minimum of two years of clinical experience.
