Job Summary

We're seeking a skilled Dialysis Registered Nurse to join our team. As a Dialysis Registered Nurse, you'll be responsible for providing high-quality care to our patients, working collaboratively with our team members, and contributing to the development of our patients' care plans.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide nursing care, training, and home support to patients as needed
  • Work collaboratively with Dialyze Direct team members, skilled nursing home facility representatives, and dedicated Nephrologists
  • Collect and record patient health data in the course of, pre, and post hemodialysis treatment
  • Develop and maintain a plan of care that describes interventions to attain expected outcomes
  • Implement and record interventions to attain expected outcomes in EMR
  • Perform laboratory collection, processing, and shipping procedures and reschedule missed or inadequate laboratory collections
  • Perform clerical tasks in addition to patient care, such as filing, inventory management, admission documentation, and creating patient charts
  • Maintain a positive and respectful attitude to all patients and colleagues
  • Occasional travel to other nearby locations
  • Medication administration and documentation
Requirements
  • BS/AA/diploma in nursing with at least 12 months of RN experience (3 months in hemodialysis) preferred
  • Valid RN license
  • BLS certification
  • Ability to lift up to 35 pounds

Compensation

Salary Range: $55.00 per hour. Compensation offers are based on education, experience, skills, and geographic region.
