We are seeking a skilled Inside Sales Representative to support our business growth. The ideal candidate will possess strong persuasion skills to convert customer prospects into qualified leads.
Key Responsibilities:- Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets by identifying new business opportunities and expanding our client base.
- Assess and send qualified leads to our inbound sales team for conversion and quick turnaround.
- Update our customer database regularly to provide the most up-to-date client information to our sales team.
- Communicate with prospects via phone calls or other forms of communication to convert them into qualified leads and funnel them to our sales pipeline.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as interpersonal skills and time management skills.
- 2+ years of experience in sales or a similar role.
- Understanding of the sales process and ability to enter information into client databases.
- High school diploma or GED required, bachelor's degree preferred.
- Current U.S. driver's license and ability to travel by car.
