We are seeking a highly skilled Respiratory Therapist to join our team in Ohio. This is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires a strong background in respiratory therapy and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to provide comprehensive respiratory care to patients across various settings, including acute care, rehabilitation, and outpatient clinics.

The successful candidate will have excellent assessment and treatment skills, including administering respiratory therapies, monitoring patient progress, and adjusting treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.

An essential aspect of this role is educating patients and their families on respiratory care and self-management techniques. You will also collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement personalized care plans.

Maintaining accurate and timely documentation in line with regulatory standards and facility policies is a critical component of this position.

**The Ideal Candidate:**
- Possesses a graduate degree from an accredited Respiratory Care Program (Associate's degree or higher)
- Holds a current Respiratory Therapist (RT) license in Ohio
- Has NBRC certification as a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) or is willing to obtain it
- Has previous clinical experience, although new graduates are encouraged to apply
- Demonstrates strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on patient-centered care
- Can work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
