Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality patient care and coordinate treatment plans with the interdisciplinary team.
  • Assess, plan, and implement individualized care plans for patients with end-stage renal disease.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of best practices in patient care.
  • Assist with training and education of new staff members and provide guidance and support as needed.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
  • Current appropriate state licensure.
  • Current or successful completion of CPR BLS Certification.
  • Minimum of 9 months experience as a Registered Nurse (preferred).
  • Chronic/acute hemodialysis experience (preferred).
